Gumbati Group" was founded in 1998 as construction company. 

 

Initially, company was focused on building reconstruction and renovation work. However, after the rebranding, a new phase of "Gumbati Group" began, and the active construction of high-rise residential complexes developed, which line "Gumbati Group" is following to this day.

 

In 2005, a new phase began and the company was involved in real estate development.

 

In 2019, the company introduced a hotel-type service in its complexes and founded "Gumbati Apart" which successfully operates in two facilities.

 

Gumbati Group has received ISO certificate (9001 2015) in Quality Management
